❄️ Date and Times:
Friday, November 28 from 4:00–8:00 pm
Saturday, November 29 from 10:00 am–4:00 pm
Set up will occur from 11:00 am–3:00 pm on Friday and teardown from 4:00-5:00 pm on Saturday.
❄️ Table Cost:
One (1) 8’ x 30” – $129.00 + GST ($135.45)
One (1) 6’ x 30“– $99.00 + GST ($103.95)
Two (2) 6’ x 30” – $190.00 + GST ($199.50)
❄️ Table Information:
Table locations will be determined based on the size of the table, electrical access, and the needs of the market. Vendor tables will be set up in the Reception Gallery, Collector's Gallery, The Deb Kusler Turning Room, Yuill Family Gallery, and the front entrance (near the reception desk).
If you require electrical access, please indicate it on the registration form.
❄️ Refund Policy:
A full refund (less a $25 administration fee) is available if you cancel by November 1, 2025. For cancellations after November 1 or no-shows, we will be unable to issue any refund. If you need to cancel due to medical reasons (documentation required), a partial refund will be given.
❄️ Registration:
To secure your table, please click REGISTER to complete the registration form and make payment. You will be asked to create a Jumbula account or to sign in to your preexisting account.
Payment can be made online by credit card. PayPal is our payment processor, but a PayPal account is not required to complete payment. When you proceed to PayPal there will be a place below the PayPal sign in area where you can choose to pay by credit card.
