Medalta's Bees & Blossoms Spring Market is back! It was such a hit last year that we just had to do it again!

Date and Times

Market:
Friday, April 4 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm
Saturday, April 5 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Set up:
Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Teardown:
Saturday from 4:00 to 5:00 pm (must be completed by 5:30 pm at the latest).

Table Cost

• One (1) 8' x 30" table: $112.00 + GST ($117.60)
• One (1) 6' x 30" table: $84.00 + GST ($88.20)
• Two (2) 6' x 30" tables: $150.00 + GST ($157.50)

Table Information

Tables will be set up in the Reception Gallery, the Deb Kusler Turning Room, and the Collector's Gallery. You will be notified by email prior to your arrival where your table is located. Specific table locations will be based on space, the needs of the market, and considerations based on the historic nature of the building. Not all tables will have electrical access.

The following lists the tables sizes each room can accommodate, where they will be placed, and if they will have electrical access.

Reception Gallery:

• One (1) 8' table: Around exterior with electrical access.
• One (1) 6' table: Centre of room with electrical access.

Note: There will be a stage at the far end of the Reception Gallery with live music for the duration of the market.

The Collector's Gallery:

• One (1) 8', one (1) 6', and two (2) 6' tables: All with electrical access.

The Deb Kusler Turning Room:

• One (1) 8' table: Around exterior with electrical access.
• Two (2) 6' tables: Exterior and centre of room with electrical access.
